Welcome to Domain Parachute ("we," "our," or "us"). Domain Parachute Limited is a company registered in England & Wales (no. 13560544). We provide .UK domain name registration, management, and monitoring services via our website.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Domain Registration
Domain Parachute Limited, is a UK domain name registrar authorised by Nominet, the official registry for .UK domain names.
When you register a domain with us, you agree to adhere to the latest Nominet domain name policies ("Nominet Terms"), which include:

Availability and Registration: We cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name. you are required to provide accurate registrant details and comply with any validation requests from Nominet. We are not responsible for applications rejected by Nominet due to incorrect information, loss of domains due to external factors, failed domain catches, or unprocessed backorders.
Renewal: We do not provide domain renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure timely transfer of your domain name to another registrar.
Domain Transfer
Once we register a domain, the registrant details will be in the name of Domain Parachute.
Registrant Transfer: Users may choose to use Nominet’s Registrant Transfer service for changing the domain registrant and registrar, which is subject to an additional fee (paid directly to Nominet). For detailed information on costs and procedures, please visit Nominet's transfer page.
Registrar Release: Alternatively, users can opt to release the domain to another registrar without a change of registrant. It is then the user's responsibility to manage any changes in registrant details through their new registrar. Once a domain is released, Domain Parachute no longer has any control over the domain name.
Following the registration of your domain, please get in touch with our support team via email or in-app chat to start the registrant transfer or registrar release process.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring all content and activity, including that by other users under your account, comply with our policies. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Prohibited activities include:
- Extracting or collecting data from accounts not owned by you.
- Circumventing or interfering with our service's security features.
- Deceiving, defrauding, or misleading us or other users, such as by impersonating another user or making false reports.
- Uploading or transmitting any malware or unauthorised data collection mechanisms, such as web bugs or cookies.
- Overburdening, disrupting, or harming the service or its underlying networks.
- Harassing, threatening, or demeaning other users or our staff.
- Using the services in a manner contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
Accounts engaged in any of these prohibited activities are subject to immediate cancellation without notice. Registrations must be completed by a human; accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
Fees and Payment
We charge a fee of £39 plus VAT for each domain registration. VAT is charged at the local rate of 20%.
We collect payment details when placing a backorder; however, we only charge these payment details upon successful domain registration. Immediate payment is necessary at the point of registration or renewal unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that failure to settle payment within 5 days of the registration date may lead to account suspension and/or loss of the registered domains.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific Service agreement or as required by law. All current prices are detailed on our website. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your domain registration order via your dashboard up to five minutes before the domain's expected drop time. An email confirmation will be sent upon successful cancellation. Cancellations cannot be made after this period, and applicable fees will still apply.
Backorders will be automatically cancelled if the domain name is renewed before the expected drop time. These cancellations will appear in your dashboard, with no further action required on your part.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our website are owned by or licensed to Domain Parachute. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
By submitting any content to us, you grant Domain Parachute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to deliver our Services.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- the use or the inability to use the Services;
- the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services;
- unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
- or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time by reaching out to our customer support. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Once your account is terminated, all rights and access granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
Complaints
We continuously strive for excellence, but if you feel we have not met our high standards, please contact our Support team. We are committed to addressing and resolving your concerns promptly.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to Nominet through their complaints process.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Domain Parachute regarding your use of our Services, superseding all prior agreements. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in effect. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
Domain Parachute is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil disturbance, or technological failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
